A complex compliance platform involving multiple roles, permissions, rules, reviews, approvals, and publishing workflows. I reworked navigation-heavy compliance discovery into a clearer list-and-detail experience, allowing users to review multiple rules without repeatedly leaving the workflow.
An e-commerce product serving UK buyers and property owners where I worked directly across requirements, design decisions, and delivery. A key focus was reducing unnecessary friction in onboarding, successfully cutting the flow from 7 steps down to 4 steps.
Working within a creative direction set by a senior designer, I independently designed three core inner pages for a holistic wellness brand — extending the visual system across palette, typography, and spacing to ensure emotional warmth and consistency throughout the full site.
